Center Arts Center
Your non-profit independent movie theater! The Amherst Cinema
Arts Center is dedicated to presenting the best of independent,
documentary and world cinema. We offer first-run and classic film
repertory. We are open 365 days a year.
Our three theaters are each equipped with Dolby sound, stadium
seating and 35mm and digital video projection. Each theater includes
a small stage suitable for conferences, classroom sessions, readings,
musical recitals, lectures and special events. The theaters are
available for daytime rental.
Amherst Cinema is governed by a board of directors committed to
the cultural and economic vibrancy of Amherst and the surrounding
region.
