From Bean to Bar to Palate

Where does chocolate come from?  And what qualities should we look for in good chocolate?  Cookbook author and food writer Dédé Wilson takes chocolate aficionados on a virtual tour of how cacao goes from bean to bar, followed by a chocolate tasting.  Learn how to truly appreciate and assess chocolate with all of your senses with a tasting of different varieties and sources from around the globe.  Please join us in the Woodbury Room of the Jones Library at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 11, 2017.
