Using contemplative dance, movement improvisation games, playful sensory-motor activities, guided meditation, and reflection, we will explore the healing and caring qualities mindful awareness, co-presence and connectedness.
Dancing Awareness is a safe, fun and dynamic space to increase embodied awareness, the joy of movement and a flexible steadiness of mind. These classes are geared to cultivate a spacious, dynamic and relational embodiment as a resource for resiliency, emotional self-regulation, kindness and vitality.
