You don’t need to like spicy foods to enjoy this hands-on workshop inspired by the practices of Ayurveda, an ancient wellness system from India. We’ll discuss (and taste test) foods and beverages that will help warm you from the inside out. These age-old dietary practices were used to aid digestion and maintain health, even in the doldrums of winter. Participants will sample a variety of foods and beverages and leave with recipes that they can duplicate on their own. This program is presented by Molly Kitchen and offered in
conjunction with Embodied Taste and HR Wellness.
